Open for Memberships to the General Public
We are excited about our new Fitness and Rehab Center. On May 1, 2004 we offered memberships to the General Public*. Our
Fitness Center features commercial equipment for both cardiovascular and weight training: 2 Treadmills, Recumbent Bike, Stepper,
Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Lat, Pull Down, and Seated Row.
*Registration and Equipment Orientation required. Forms may be obtained from the Decatur Health Systems front office.
Hours are:
Monday - Sunday 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Cost per Month
Single Membership
$20.00 (Ages 16-64)
Family Membership
$20.00 1st Member
$10.00 2nd Member
$5.00 Thereafter
Seniors (65+)
$15.00
Day Pass
$3.00
Ages 16 through 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
